Alabama legalized hemp under SB 225 (2019), aligning with the 2018 Farm Bill. Delta-9 THC limit: 0.3%. THCA flower is legal for sale. No total THC rule.

Alabama follows federal delta-9 only standard. No additional state restrictions on THCA.
Marijuana / Cannabis Law

Enforcement Notes
