1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website operated by Reggie & Dro LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to browse, purchase, or otherwise interact with our products and services. By using this site you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. We verify age through Veriff, our third-party identity verification provider. Purchases made by individuals under 21 will be canceled and refunded.

3. Products & Farm Bill Compliance

All products sold by Reggie & Dro are derived from hemp as defined under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "Farm Bill") and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from accredited third-party laboratories are available for every product. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Purchases & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through Authorize.net. Your card information is transmitted directly to the payment processor and never touches our servers. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans ("Freedom Delivered") are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date through your account dashboard or by contacting us at high@reggieanddro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our licensed facility in North Carolina. Delivery times vary by destination. We ship to all states where our products are legal under applicable state and federal law. You are responsible for knowing the laws in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for shipments seized or delayed by carriers or government agencies.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no charge — contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Reggie & Dro LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reggie & Dro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
