Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

Reggie & Dro LLC ships Farm Bill compliant hemp products nationwide from licensed North Carolina growers. All shipments comply with federal and applicable state laws. You must be 21 years of age or older to receive a shipment.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS)— 3–7 business days. Free on orders over $75.
  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority)— 2–3 business days. Available at checkout.
  • Express Shipping (USPS Express)— 1–2 business days. Available for Patriot, Founder, and Sovereign members.

Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all U.S. states where our products are legal under applicable state and federal law. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your jurisdiction before placing an order. We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Age Verification at Delivery

All packages are shipped with age verification required at delivery. The recipient must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID. Packages that cannot be delivered due to age verification failure will be returned to us.

6. Subscription Shipments

Freedom Delivered subscription boxes ship on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription orders are processed on the 1st of each month and ship within 2 business days. Subscription members at the Patriot tier and above receive priority or express shipping at no additional cost.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at high@reggieanddro.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will reship your order or issue a full refund at our discretion.

8. Compliance Documentation

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an accredited third-party laboratory confirming that the products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
