Hawaii legalized hemp under HB 1819 (2018). Follows federal delta-9 definition.
Important Note
All hemp products must be inspected by HDOA upon entry to Hawaii due to agricultural quarantine.

Medical cannabis since 2000 (Act 228). Possession of 3g or less decriminalized (2019). No adult-use.

Medical: 4 oz. Decriminalized: 3g (fine only)
Adult-use bills introduced regularly but have not passed.
